Cinco de Mayo celebration a huge success!

The 2009 Cinco de Mayo Celebration was a huge success. Many thanks to all of the volunteers that helped organize this yearly event and to staff members that attended and supported our students.

This event only happens because of volunteers and their donations. $1,300.00 was raised as a result of food sales and the sale of raffle tickets. (Vivian Jensen won the flat screen TV!)

All proceeds will be evenly distributed among this year’s migrant scholarship recipients: Alejandro Perez, Ana Lilia Alcaraz, and Heriberto (Eddie) De La Torre. Thank you for your continued support!
